This paper examines the eating habits, personal hygiene rules, and physical activities of 192 parents, 3AAC/Aa!AA4. Research revealed that the majority of subjects and their children ate a Mediterranean diet. This includes meat, dairy products, legumes, and vegetables. However, they ate a lot of sweets, and very little fruits and vegetables. The children took great care to ensure that their fruits and utensils were clean but were less diligent about brushing their teeth and washing their hands. c) Physical activities: The children were more involved in vigorous activities than they were in watching television. However, their habits were less clean in the areas of hygiene and hand washing. Children who live in a more privileged area ate more fruits and were more likely to wash their hands first and brush their teeth more often than those who live in poorer areas. b) gender. Girls played more video games than boys. Boys played with skippingrope or balls. c) age. Four-year-olds were more open to receiving advice on how to chew food and more inclined to play outside than three-year olds. d) weight. The overweight children participating in the research were found to eat more vegetables and the percentage of the parents who were not joining in children's energyAAC/Aa!AArequiring physical activities (bicycling, walking etc.) The percentage was lower than the proportion.
